Tad's engaged!!!!!

Tad's engaged!!!!! It all happened Sunday evening. He proposed at Salem Pond as they were on a 'romantic' walk. She was totally surprised. He gave her the diamond on a simple band that they'll exchange for the setting she chooses. They're planning on getting married on the 10th or 11th of October in the Salt Lake temple. We are thrilled! We totally love her and are excited for the new young love birds! She's a 'Salemite' from right here in our ward, ironically. We're feeling pretty lucky that we'll only need to do one reception. We love her folks and really look forward to the next 3 months!

Well Tad is now engaged to Kasia Hanks...Yea! Okay, it's not official yet, but it's close. He's got the ring and is just waiting for the right moment to 'pop the question'. But we're all pretty excited and anxious for it to take place. She's a wonderful, cute girl from here in Salem. In fact she's from our ward here. They didn't really meet until after he got home from his mission and started going to the single's ward though. They'll be getting married around the 16th of October, it looks like.
